Shop add on 100 yr old Victorian

Bought this in 2007 had to rework the whole house (heating-cooling,plumbing,electrical). Moved in in 2009. Then wife wanted garage. So I sold her on "doing a car" I also collect Lionel trains (second floor space). Ended up up 30' X 70' with 2 floors and 2 baths one with full shower first floor.

awesome! I love the old houses. I had a 1854 house that I completely renovated over a number of years.
