The previous owner of my VIP called her 'Big Bitch'.

I always liked the rich looking '66-'67 Satellite/GTX interiors better than the plainer one in my 1967 R/T. I really like the trim around the rear seat top. My R/T just has a plain flat top, like a taxi.

Agreed. Same as my 65 Coronet. See below.

The interior in my car is MY absolute favorite part of my car.

I just found the other interior pics of my 65 Coronet. I think the interior is from a 66 or 67 Satellite with non-original upholstery.

Mine was home made. The Prev owner had it done I believe. The seats are pretty uncomfortable for my bad back so I may save up for Legendary covers and foam or some aftermarket seats. I started a thread around here somewhere about aftermarket seats. I hate to spend the money but door panels are on my list as well. The factory panels look so nice.

Those are nice details but I also like the Coronet R/T dash and the trim on the trim on the upper door metal panel. If the two could have been combined it would be a really nice interior. Something about the seating - steering column relationship in the 66/67 cars to that just seems just a little better to me too, than the later models.
