The squawk is hollering about the skeeters, so bought a MMP to see if I can put a dent in the bastards. I'll report back and let you guys know if it was a waste of $$$ ($459). Worth it already for the quiet though.

They’re bad here this summer.
Dozens on you within 15 seconds of walking outside. Drove the dogs crazy too.

Went to war.
Bought a Stihl backpack sprayer, 1 gal. of Bifen I/T (insecticide) and 16oz. CSI Tekko Pro (insect growth inhibitor for the larvae)
This is essentially what the pro contractors use when they spray.

Mix 1oz each to every gal. Of water.

Don your PPE and spray away.
Treated our property last Friday, 30JUN. Haven’t seen a mosquito or any other insect for that matter since. Been grilling out back and dicking around in the garage with the doors open skeeter free.

Seems to be working well, had a bunch in the trap this morning.

Just checked the MM and the trap is filling up nicely. I estimate thousands have met their doom (trap is half full) and the wife is not getting bit any longer. Worth it to us, that's for sure.
