I bought one of these and ran good for an hour then broke down at a gas station. Had absolutely no fire whats so ever. Had to go home get me old dist. And put it in at the gas station. Still waiting on a replacement. Dont run it with an msd blaster 2 coil. It burnt my little box on the side of the dist. Up. Ordered a new procomp coil and there going to replace the dist. For a new one.

I like the one I bought but I am not impressed with the distributor cap. I had to file the indexing notch for it to fit right. Machining inside looks, well, Chinese. I wish I could cross the cap to a name brand item. Anyone?

I bought a adapter for mine to fit my 383 since they only make em for 440, 426 and small blocks. But i was impressed with it for the hour it did actually run.
