So I have a 440 with iron block & aluminum everything else, my question is would a all iron Smallblock weigh the same ?, more? or less?

A fully dressed "iron" small weighs damn the the same as a 440 iron block fully dressed with aluminum heads, water pump/housing and intake. The weight of said 440 would be around 510-520 lbs.

What do you mean by aluminum eveything else?
not internals just head's, water pump, manifold, pulley's, brakets

I may be wrong, but the small block is still lighter. But a big block will always be more consistant

Iron 273-340 LA is appr. 525#'s
Iron 225 slant 6 is appr. 525#'s
Iron 360 LA {I think} is appr. 550#'s
Iron 413-440 RB is appr. 670#'s
Iron 361-400 B is appr. 620#'s
Iron 331-354 Hemi is appr. 504#'s
Iron 392 Hemi is appr. 564#'s
Iron 426 "Street" Hemi is 765#'s
all aluminum KB Hemi starts @ appr. 530#'s

Mopar performance had some light wt small blocks for the dirt track boys. If I remember right 600hp at 200 lbs.
200 lbs?! An iron 360 is 550. The Mopar 4.7 Corsair motor, iron block w/ aluminum SOHC heads is 435 lbs. Have You got a link for these 200 lb wonders? Thats less than VW 1600. They are 250 lbs. full dress.

According to Hughes, weight of stock 413, 426W & 440,,,,670 lbs.
Also according to Hughes, an 'LA' 360 is what i said previous post,,
550.
Info i took off of a link on FABO:
Stage 6 heads(i assume that means alum) saves. 50lbs for the pair.
Alum intake saves. 25 lbs.
Alum water pump saves 15 lbs.
Headers saves. 25 lbs.
Overall weight savings 115 lbs.

670 lbs
-115 lbs
= 555 lbs

not internals just head's, water pump, manifold, pulley's, brakets

You are right around 555 lbs if You had headers...it looks like You have cast iron manifolds,,if so, add back 25 lbs.
So in answer to Your question, You are in weight neighborhood of a stock 360.
The stats for the alum parts come from BigBlockDart.com
The stat for stock 440 weight(670 lbs)comes from
hughesengines.com

Made for sprint car racing, the Mopar A8 small block engine is good for 850 hp. @ 7800 rpm. at only 345 pounds. The block itself is only 130 lbs. Get one on Amazon before they're gone. :) https://www.amazon.com/Mopar-P5007909AB-Sprint-Car-Block/dp/B007NPZAC8

Bladecutter 400 block weigh less then a 440 !!
Oop....i thought the 400 would be same as 413/440, but like i found on Hughes, stock 440 weight is 670, so alum heads save 50, alum intake saves 25 & the wata pump saves 15. Im only going off stats i found, no hands on experience. I was intrigued by Your question, so i dug a little. By the figures i found, You're not much heavier than a stock small block.
