Speedo is okay but odometer doesnt work on my 66 Coronet

I saw a few posts but all about when speedo and odometer are "broke". Is there a typical fix to when the odometer is not working but speedo is fine? I read in a few places about replacing the odometer, but is that at the speedo or the trans? Thanks!!

At the speedo. Driven off the speedo head by a worm gear and cog.

aha - so these parts are available from somewhere? Are the gears there unique to gear ratio in the rearend like the speedo gear?

Same model and type of cluster all gears should be the same.

you won't find new parts to buy, you will have to get a used speedo head and either use that or swap parts out to yours

Does anyone know what year and or model range share the same odometer parts? Do the A & E bodies fit?

You're probably best off just finding a used speedometer in a yard or in one of the forums and replacing it. My 2 cents anyway.
I'm not suggesting this one but just to say they are out there
