Steering wheel question

Have 65 b body steering wheel question. Came in a spare parts box. Trying to see if this is a restored one or a replaced warranty one? Looks like it has swirling when injected.

My 66 wheel is very similar ( mines red ) . It has a pearlescence look to it .

My wheel was NOS when put on the car 20 plus years ago
