So I couldn’t get an alignment because they said that I needed the lower control arm bushings and I did them and the cat runs a lot better but it’s a no sway bar car so on turns it floats and the steering feels soft.
What upgrades can I do that won’t change the feel as far as the smooth ride.
I have a 69 camaro with control arms and cool overs but it’s really stiff and I’m not looking for that feel.
I was thinking add front and rear sway bars and replace the stock gear box with a stock rebuilt one but add the quick ratio kit from pst to improve the ratio. I just added new cheap auto zone brand sach shocks and it’s smooth so i think I’ll keep those.
What do you guys think about that plan?
Looking for a ride with just a bit more of a firm straight away feel where I can feel confident driving with one hand on the wheel but don’t want to lose the travel
any ideas on what sway bars ?
Parts ?
Thanks
