What's bright police blue, and is used for touring transportation by time Lords stuck on earth now?

It's a Dart raised on steroids, Chargers don't have 4 doors, don't have sedan window surrounds, and have room inside for a tall guy to move elbows and knees.
Almost rebranded this to a Coronet, but never liked the name, was gonna badge it as a Dart, but it's really somewhere halfway between Dart and wanting to be a Charger.
My children declared that I am a time lord, not me.
I hadda call it something, but it's not a Charger. Let the disagreements fly now.

As a side note coincidence, I learned two days ago that the place I am living now was the exact spot of the old Elgin watch factory. Hmmmm.
