The Downsizing continues......

You are correct KD,I poured and finished it myself.
That **** is HARD work, concrete.
I was a Carpenter which was also hard but in a different way.
Placing concrete, finishing and all of that....was time sensitive and urgent. You couldn't duck out to take a crap or get a bite to eat. The mud was drying and had to be finished right then and there.
Kudos to you, sir....
No cracks under the lifts?
You appear to have more car lifts than anyone on the forum. I'm impressed....did I count six??

You sold that Daytona project too, right?

Yes there are 5 storage lifts, the work lift and a scissor lift. We poured the floor in two sections 35 x 34.and 25 x 34. It has 1 inch styrofoam insulation, and 6 x 6 wire mesch with the radiant heat tubes tied to the wire mesch. I put black felt expansion joints on the foundation walls. So far no cracks,I put the wire on chucks of concrete bricks so the concrete would get under the wire and it would be in the center of the concrete pour.
