The Roach

I sent an email to him a couple days ago telling him what the issue was & I haven't heard back from him, which is very disappointing. I expected better of him.
What are you hoping to achieve? Returned money?

Not at all, the parts were only 75 bucks. But an acknowledgement that they goofed up and saying “thanks for making us aware and we’ll be on top of that with future orders”. At a minimum, “sorry for the inconvenience” would be a good businesslike thing to say.

Wouldn’t you agree?

I just don't hold very high expectations on stuff like that. But I get what you're saying.

I agree it would have been upstanding for him to at least admit to the inconvenience and offer to reimburse you half of the $75.00. However, since I received the same treatment from him after pointing out the fact that he and his Motorola guy screwed the pooch on my computer reflash after sending it back twice. I paid the shipping both ways both times and all I got was Ghosted after telling them how to fix it. I considered myself lucky to get the problem solved.

I bet he was all over it before the sale.
