They Still Do Not Sweat The Details!!!

Government Motors, since the buyoff/bailout say no more...

like I said in the other Ford vs Dodge trucks, thread
I wouldn't own a new GM or Ford these days

The time line was a little hard to follow. It seemed to me like they filed the suit in 2025.

im pretty sure class action suits take some time to get off the ground. but maybe they just revised it this year? or maybe they filed suit on their own and they decided to make it a class action so more people can join in?

The indestructible LS? My buddy has a older Suburban that has a 5.4 in it with a quarter million miles on the clock.

6.2 is the problem here. im sure the 5.3l has problems too because our work truck windowed the block and it was a standard silverado, not a Z71. we had the small V8, not the big one. only took 6,000 miles to chuck that rod.

well, a 4 year old truck, since its a 2021 in question, and it probably took that long to get GM to do anything about it and/or they replaced the engine more than once and it failed again.

my cousin, '21 Z71, windowed the block under 10,000 miles, took GM some time to replace the engine. Well, that engine bit the dust at the same mileage. They were going to replace the engine again, he told them no, you just rebuild this one and do it right this time.

apparently its better now, but 3rd engine in less than 20,000 miles? no sir, i would not be going back to that brand.
I guess my reading comprehension isn’t what it used to be.

I also thought they were referring to a 2019
