Picking up this project in the next week or so. All steering and suspension has been rebuilt. It's got a running 360 in it and one of them "rare" back seats. Tires and wheels are new too.

Like so many of them, must of been owned by a chevy or ford guy equipped with black spray paint for the engine compartment.

Would a Charger like that have a factory sway bar?
I think that depended on the Performance Package you would order that year. If I remember, I think they had to types of Performance Packages and both came with the Sway bars. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. Also I think the R/T was the high end car that year and then the SE.

Wow, strong money considering what it needs. Looks to be a 2BBL car too.

I'm surprised it's not more given how much other performance cars have gone up in price. Yes, it may not be equipped as an R/T but there's no reason why even better performance parts can't be put on it.

72 was the first year of the rear sway bar as part of the heavy duty suspension package as far as I know. Standard on the Rallye. Maybe some late 71's had one? Not sure but never seen a original 71 R/T or Super Bee with a rear bar.

There is a lot of little things that held that one back, wiring, black under the hood, speakers in the door panels, etc. It does make me feel good about where I am at on my 71 SE though.

Makes me consider rethinking parting out my 72 SE 400-4.

It's Petty blue.

The black 318 Rallye brought good money too. Have to make sure I do mine right!

The "waffle" that is my decision to part out my 72 SE has now flipped again.

It only needs both quarters, a fender, a roof skin, a dutchman panel, and.......

...but it's a 1 of 504 400-4 barrel car with factory 3.23 SG.

In a cool bronze factory color.
