Top of piston stamps/markings?

74 Charger 318 with unverifiable/unknown modifications. (+.030" bore we were told) What is this? We bought the car to put a mh 440 in it not worried about the 318. The guy we bought the car from didn't know anything about the 318 other than the owner before him did some "work" on the motor. We got the 318 running pretty good and having some fun with it while we work on the 440.
