I'm not a fan of flushing so I would drain the pan and converter and replace with a OEM style dacron filter. Blow out the cooler lines separately and if dirt is found, run a can of brake cleaner thru them.

Get a good straightedge and check out the pan flange for bolt warp and get it as straight as you can before reinstalling it. Especially check that right front corner that sticks out a little as it’s sort of cantilevered out there from the 2 closest holes. If it’s warped down and out any it will always leak.
