Trying to figure out where these go?

I got these for my 1964 polara and I can't figure out where these go on the vent window and how to put them on. I've looked on the internet but haven't found any images. Any help would be great

On later models they go at the top of the window pushed in the vent chrome. Small screw hold it in.
