these are new # TTIstg5-214C5 polished ceramic with thermal barrier and 4" collector.while they are new they were bought a few years ago and been in and out of the box a few times but still in nice shape.one tube has a couple of light scratches.someone used the collectors and gaskets but has the mounting bolts.all in all they are very nice headers.700.00 plus shipping from ga.30052.pm me if interested,thanks
