Turn Signal Switch 1962 Dart

Hey guys,

Anybody with experience dealing with the turn signal switch in a 62 Dart? Mine developed a crack and would not stay in position for left turm signal.

Not sure if what i pulled out was a 62 switch or not. I was able to pull the cam off but when i did four little copper spring clips fell out. In the photo I put them where I thought they may have been but not sure about that either.

Dont mind just replacing the cam but not sure which one and where those little copper clips might go on a repalcement cam.

Any help greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Looks like your thread snuck under the radar JP. Did you solve your problem?

Your switch looks correct for the '62 other than being a aftermarket. Looks like a good replacement. I never removed the cam so I'm no help there.

Took mine apart this afternoon. I took the picture below before I removed the broken piece. I can update with a picture of the parts underneath tomorrow.
