Also Can An Aftermarket Stereo Be Wired To The Factory Connector?

Noticed 1 Red Wire and 2 Pink Going To The Factory Radio Connector.

One Power? One Ignition?

Yes it can. Red is 12 volt keyed. Orange is for lighting. Most aftermarket radios will also require 12 volts constant. You will have to add that circuit.
