1966 Coronet 273 with 727 t/f. Is there supposed to be a vacuum line going down to the tranny? If so I can't find it. Where would it hook up to on the carb?
With a 273, the trans should be a 904. No vacuum lines on either a 904 or a 727. Throttle pressure is felt by the trans through a linkage going to the carb.
According to the purchase order contract that came with the car (It was included by the original owners and given to me when I bought the car from them) it was ordered with the 727 t/f transmission. That and power steering were the only options on the car.
