It's an odd car picked up a factory and seems to have whitewall tires. See the yellow "W"

1966 cars did not have 4-flashers. Intro'd in 1967 as part of increased safety package. 1967 cars also have larger diameter collapsible steering column.

Mandatory in 67. Optional in 66.

I believe mandatory after Jan 1st 1966

Optional prior to that
I can say for sure no,, but, in Canada. I thought they may have been mandatory at that time in NY, Cali etc. But not everywhere.
We've had lots of 66 Chargers, majority no 4ways

Per my IBM card.
Mine had flashers OE installed.

After. Note the "Prices reflect the 3/16/66 Federal Excise Tax..." listed at the top of the price rundown.
Couldn't read it, but found it because of the / / . My magnifier gets to fuzzy.

Replacing gaskets or a simple cleaning could erase marks.....just saying.....

Interesting, those 2 cars (64BEL and gtx6970) were within $4 of each other. Some differences in options (radio, undercoating and sport wheel, one auto and the other 4 speed).
