Got back to working on Amish_bobbys Coronet again today. Rebuilt the carb, took out the gas tank and blew out the lines. Trying to get it running with the 318 for now. Hopefully next year we'll have it out at the track. Either with the 318 or the 440 we have in storage. Maybe he will chime in on this thread at some point.

I'd leave it colorized as is.
It's totally different and have no other one looking like it at the track.
Build it stupid fast and keep people guessing.
Good luck with the build.

good luck with the 69 Coronet build
Amish_Bobby will be rollen' soon...

Can't wait to follow along with this build. Sounds like it will be a fun ride.

We picked up a US car tool mini tub kit at Carlisle this year. I'm thinking that since the gas tank is already out, why not put it in his car. Maybe we'll start on it this weekend.

Thanks to 69 GTX's thread for the motivation.
