got your attention
i have this Weiland 7512 intake , i plan on running on my 440 build. I'm gasket matching it and cleaning up the runners. it's kind of an odd older model intake, but supposed to be pretty nice rpm range 3,000 + (or so i'm told) my buddy gave to me new for a 30 pack a long time ago, fair trade i thought
... anywho… i notice it's got a hole in the center for what i'm guessing is EGR passage or something?? i was just intending on blocking it off the back with a plate i'll fab up. Can i / should i block off the hole inside of the intake ? thought i'd ask if relevant, it may cause gas to puddle or turbulence of some sort? maybe i'm over thinking it.
thanks in advance.
