Wheels and tires can be changed.. and I guess so can many other things... but damn they have bad taste.

remember the saying that there is a *** for every seat ,one will find this one too, and the other saying was there is a sucker born every second

It's from a few years ago too...
Old new, maybe a new article but old build...

too bad it's a 68 they did it too...

Too each their own, some will like it,
there's some aspects I like even...

where's the fish tank in the back seat and the coffee maker in the console

it use to be a 68 Charger. Now its just a illusion of one.... I can only hope what they raped off that poor car went to good use for somebody else's Charger

IMHO it aint that bad. No I don't like the new style interior or the wheel tire combo but the modern hemi up grade is a good choice. Color is OK and some what close to the 68 racing green. Not my dream charger. But..... Someone likes it to the tune of 80 large.

Me likey. There are two 2nd gen Chargers in this month's Hot Rod magazine. They said they started with rust buckets. I know there are crapped out Chargers. We see them all the time. Chargers that are under $8K, that no one wants to restore.

I am not really a restomod fan, and I especially do not like the big wheel/low profile tire set up, but hey, it is another Mopar back on the road, so I am happy for whoever buys it and drives it!

I'm ok on the outside. Just ok. Looks like a good job, but the interior has to go! Not a fan of that. But I'm sure someone will buy it.

I guess if I was a thug rapper hanging in the hood it might be awrite...
It might be me, and outside of the interior and wheels, I like the green.... but for $80k. ( currently), that engine compartment looks unfinished....you would think it would be smooth as glass and shine...
are you sure this wasn't. Pimp My Ride with Coolio or what ever his name was???

I see a green Charger with a junkyard LX-sourced interior sprinkled with green XBOX buttons, am I right?

Funny how they did all that "customization" and the hood still sits higher than the right side fender. Hell, even Chryco bothered to lead the seams and bash the panels into alignment on the cars they prepped for auto shows back in the day.

If there ever was a Charger custom that actually pulls it off perfectly, Tom Boldry's takes the cake. So perfectly executed, yet subtle. Dare you to find a bad panel gap on it. Mind you, I don't agree with it entirely either. The flush front bumper and fender curve - nicely executed as it may be - blends too much with early-'70s Ford styling language for my tastes. Still superb, no matter what anyone can say against it:

And even though it's a sloppy movie car with all the cliches, I tend to favor the Fast & Furious 6 Charger for the sheer simple brilliance of mounting the better-looking Superbird wing on a Charger while cutting it down in height to sit flush with the roof. Simple and beautiful, no matter what else ruins the overall look on this car.

So the Boldry one looks fat in the front... and kinda down the sides and in back too. But mostly in front. Look at the bottom of the panels near the ground. I'm not a fan personally..

Now the F&F Daytona.. ME LIKEY!!! I've read a bit about it.. the cabin gets super hot because that trick exhaust is routed through it.. and it's not a finished car by any means.. but damn if it doesn't look super freakin slick. Have you seen the Maximus 68 Charger from F&F?? It's fantastic.

Look closely - the entire rocker area has been stretched downwards. Not my style, but again - unbelievably subtle and phenomenally executed.

Just saw Maximus. Not bad, but not really a fan of the widebody. Charger has excellent quarter hips as it is. I can think of a lot of other cars I'd rather see with that bit widened.

Don't know what the hell you're trying to say to me here.

I take it you disagree with my choices with the Boldry and F&F6 cars? That's fine, just tell me so in a way that another human being might be able to understand.
