Wet carpet

When running A/C on my 71 Bee the passenger side carpet is getting soaked from the inside evaporator condesate. Is there a drain hose that goes outside? I thought there was just a tray under the evaporator.

There are one or two hoses that connect to the condesent tray, and exit thru the firewall. They could be missing, cracked, or just loose.
