What are they worth?

I know they are only worth what someone wants to pay for them, but as I am new to the Mopar world, just would like to get a sense what some cars for sale might be worth, and getting some feedback regarding the restoration of these particular cars. Thanks

The Belvedere, if real, is pretty rare. Could be big bucks. But I’m not sure just how much it might bring. Many would prefer the fancier Belvedere II or Satellite. The 440 GTX, maybe 50k plus if as good and real as they advertise. The other two Hemi cars probably $80k +/- if as nice and documented as described. My worthless 2 cents.

IMO any hemi car right now is $75 k and up. For a very presentable car . Most considerably more depending on rarity and condition.

I personally wouldnt pay more for a Belv 1 versus a Belv 2 or Satellite, But thats my preference

I know of a black with blue interior hemi 4spd 1966 Belvedere 1 that was in Canada a few months ago and I believe it sold for near 100k


And IMO a 440 GTX at 95k is dreaming. But then again , thats also my opinion and nothing more.

Well, I was not aware of what the dealer was asking for those cars, but I just got off the phone and the dealer is asking 80US for the 66 Blue Belvedere Hemi, and get ready guys, hold on to your britches, he is asking 125K for the 67 GTX ( he states it is the nicest example he has ever seen, is a concours restoration with all documentation and matching numbers ), hopefully they used all original line parts or NOS parts to complete the restoration based on that number.

Unfortunately, I am a Ford guy, and I wouldn't be able to tell the difference between repo parts and original parts on the Mopars.

In todays market both could be priced about right. But that can only be determined at an in person inspection


I know of several sales in the past 6 months on 66 and 67 Hemi cars and most were upper 70s and up from there . A few were over 100k

Ive turned down 100k for mine on a couple occasions. But my car isnt for sale unless stupid money is involved and 100k aint enough.

I have my '66 HP2 Satellite insured at an agreed value of $170K Canadian (~128k US). Puts it at about a 1.5 on Hagerty's valuation scale. A #1 is valued at $196K Cdn.

IMO, No he is not far off . Again at that price point a in person look see is mandatory

My thoughts on value may be a bit low but it’s based on things are never as good as they look under showroom lights in photos and from dealer descriptions. To me, when you are getting in the $100 k and up area, you are paying for a lot of original documentation, owner history, sure enough born with drive train front to rear (not just correct), factory built equipment, some degree of rarity, a desirable color, a beautiful restoration all around or low mileage survivor in near showroom condition and a car that’s still got most of its original sheet metal. There’s not much way to tell any of that from most of these ads. But if inspection and documentation bear out most of the story then the price goes up.

The blue Belv 1 is column auto. That may hold it back.....BUT.....Then again it might help it lean more towards the sleeper role if someone likes that look

Its the red coronet thats 4spd
Problem with the Coronet listing is the wheels are doing nothing for a 1st impression.,,,,, they need to go away asap

The GTX looks very nice, but it's a fugly color.
