Varicose greens.From what I can see on the duddya dubbya dubbya, it seems you have a case of frost damage, and the Bermuda grass is going dormant. It appears to be a temporary condition. Take two aspirin and wait until Spring comes around.

Big cold snap rolling in today. Looks like the Bermuda will all go to sleep for the winter and the stripes will be gone very soon.
