Hasn't been sitting at all, driven 90 miles every day. Mazda's great work, they did the fronts 2 years ago. Wearing the inside, nothing on the outside. Slider pins or pad seized in frame. Nothing like a quick tire swap when it comes to this POS. Oil change, headlight bulb and now a front brake job today. I made it to the parts store with 5 minutes to spare last night for rotors and pads.

Been playing leaf cleanup & mowing at both properties for the last 3 weeks. NH is pretty much done, but more leaves will fall here, however, they're about 85% down. The other day, a woman walking her dog commented to my wife that ours is the only yard on the street with no leaves on it.

time to have the poop tank pumped long overdo , I have a tank from 1962 according to the septic guy and then it dumps into a drywell with a dirt bottom. My house was built around 1840 so these items a relatively new. Had an artesian well a little bit this past spring pretty nasty, so added a line to the drywell to run out about 25 ft away. dug and found a pure mason sand spot that the liquid will disperse into. will have about $600 into it when I'm done. talked to the septic tank guy 15k for a new drain field. My little kubota back hoe saved the day again. View attachment 1942809

Started painting the apartment my tenants moved out of Saturday. Did the living room today

And stained the floor in preparation for 2 coats of polyurethane

Had my work van serviced today and the six-monthly test for roadworthiness. I needed a ride to collect it from the Testing Garage....so Cliff and I made like fags and took a customer's Porsche Boxster for a squirt....

For videos you will need a third party account like YouTube as an example to upload - way easier than any other method IMHO.
