I own a resturant in UAE and we make just about anything you imagine. Request what you would like my workers to make and I will enjoy your suggestions and send you some pictures of what they made

I get mine with grits. Years ago, when we did our yearly trip to Disney with the kids, we'd stop in WH... I hadn't tasted grits before... LOVE 'em ever since !!
 
Smoked Carnitas Tacos. Serve with onion, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime, on a corn tortilla.

Here’s the recipe:

Pork Roast 6-8lbs

Marinade - 24hrs
2 tbsp oil
1 Tbsp Salt
2 limes
1 orange
Oil then salt roast
Half limes/orange and squeeze juice over roast
Leave remaining fruit in tray with roast
Refrigerate


Seasoning -
1 Tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp kosher salt
2 tsp coarse ground black pepper
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp Mexican oregano
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground chipotle peppers

Season pork and smoke at 275 for 5 hours.

Brazing Pork
Place pork in aluminum pan
Drizzle 1/2 cup oil over roast
Add 2 bay leaves to top
Cover and bake at 350 for 2-3 hrs
Target temp 200-203 degrees

Rest then pull pork
Crisp pork on flat top using juices
 
Top prime ribeye, medium rare, mashed garlic potatoes, and a lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower, and balsamic vinegar
