does anyone know largest wheel combination I can stuff under a stock 68 sport fury...back space or off or inset for rear to get most meat between fender lip and spring ??? no penstar icon ????

i dont know how similiar the port furies are to the chargers of the same year, but the largest configuration for rears are:
20 x 10" rim with 295 wide tire to be on the safe side.
20 x 11" rim will fit with a 305 tire but may rub on turns.
17 x max wheel size would be optimal as the extra weight in the larger wheel will only give your car more weight and no extra handling charachteristics.
for my car i used a 10" rim with 5" backspace. if you want to be certain, why not buy one of percy's wheel rite tools for i think $150 and you can measure it all yourself.
fronts if interested you can get a 275 wide tire in the front.
