Day one vs today; A three year span. It has been on the road for almost two years now and he is enjoying every minute of it. At the time, I was not so sure that those 20 hour weekends to meet a 14 month resto schedule was worth it.

Way to go Dad!!!
Did the same thing for my youngest son 6 years ago. They will never forget it as long as they live.
He made more new friends and status in the car society in our town than you can imagine cruising this thing around.
His 4 wheel drive buddies with the big trucks used to park around him to keep other cars away from it in the Highschool parking lot.

I must add, 26,000 miles and 5-6 tickets later he still has his license. He's 22 now.
