Which PCV valve, FV184 or FV163 for a 440?

The replacement PCV valve by application is the FV163 below

However, some folks are using the more "stock" appearing GM PCV valve FV184 below

FV184_091906.jpg.

So, the question is, which one are you using and why?
 
Use the GM one if you want it to look more like a stock one....
 
mine use the metal one that is held into the cap that slides on top of valve cover
