440 6 Pack squealing noise only when completely warmed up

OMG, that's the answer I was looking for. I PRAY to God that cam button is my problem.

Get rid of the button if your sure you have a flat tappet cam.

Millions of engine with flat tappet cams were sold without buttons....& lasted just fine. You should remove the button because:
- it is not needed
- just another part that could fail
