The original owner of my GTX, four decades ago, in the cockpit of his P51 Mustang. After owning the car for 15 years, he let it go in 1983, the year he finished restoration of the plane, and flew it for the first time. The engine that eventually powered the Mustang was displayed on a stand in the showroom when the GTX was new.
