7" I think would work of course backspace makes a difference as well...
That's a tall tire.
That's a pretty tall tire, and might not clear front of wheel opening when turning. I have 215 R 70 on 15 X 7 rims on my 1967 Coronet and they clear fine. About 26.5" tall as opposed to 29"
