74' plymouth satellite. I need help envisioning what is going on. Despite youtube video's involving under dash duct removal and such...I swear the linkage is under the vent cowling outside the car. Is there anything I need to know about removing this 6" wide strip of metal? It looks like the wide chrome window trim overlaps this section on the hood as well. AND, the wiper motor runs, but nothing moves or scraps around. So I assume the first connection off the wiper motor has disconnected the entire linkage somehow.
