Ron 73
Deceased, But not forgotton
Great progress Ron! I hope you put many miles on her this year!
Thats three of us Scott! I got the shock mount drilled out, re-tapped, and to be honest i don't think it was threaded in there, it is now and the stud came with a nut so its screwed in and with the nut, ill not worry about it breaking.. Shocks are on (rear) and tank going on Monday.. Those front shocks will wait for a forecast of rain for a week, time for some fun. My wife has been busy polishing the old centerlines so once im done only thing left is a wash wax and plenty of gas.. The latter being the worse thing, lol, filling that new tank up. With the interior all finished i might wait until next winter and have all the stuff ill need for the next set of projects, don't think ill ever really be finished, i have as much fun making it better as i do driving it.... i think.... i was taking a break (interior work), sitting in the car inside and my wife decided to sneak out with the truck, i wasn't fast enough but i got her on tape lol, thats her Malibu in the other drive way.. Short video, but i told her i was putting it in here and she said no, sooo
