White Overlay Gauge and LED setup

Great progress Ron! I hope you put many miles on her this year!

Thats three of us Scott! I got the shock mount drilled out, re-tapped, and to be honest i don't think it was threaded in there, it is now and the stud came with a nut so its screwed in and with the nut, ill not worry about it breaking.. Shocks are on (rear) and tank going on Monday.. Those front shocks will wait for a forecast of rain for a week, time for some fun. My wife has been busy polishing the old centerlines so once im done only thing left is a wash wax and plenty of gas.. The latter being the worse thing, lol, filling that new tank up. With the interior all finished i might wait until next winter and have all the stuff ill need for the next set of projects, don't think ill ever really be finished, i have as much fun making it better as i do driving it.... i think.... i was taking a break (interior work), sitting in the car inside and my wife decided to sneak out with the truck, i wasn't fast enough but i got her on tape lol, thats her Malibu in the other drive way.. Short video, but i told her i was putting it in here and she said no, sooo :) I played the cd player so long, almost wouldn't start.. I watch this when the weather is what it is now, compared to the 71 it was that day.. Cold here!

I Am working on getting new wheels and tires for my car.. Will be down the road a piece but needed new front tires in a bad way. I decided to get something cheap to get me by until then. And the reason i didn't go with the better tires is im changing the size of my new rims when the time comes or i could have and just switched then over to the new rims.. So instead of putting up a new thread to show you guys/gals what i got and did, im just putting them here with the other updates ive done and some that i didn't mention. First picture is when i picked them up today, second one after i taped everything off and sprayed the lettering on.. okay, what my brush and rustolem did. Little tire shine and wheel polish, should look good for awhile :)

looks great, Ron!!!

glad you got out there and put 'er on!! :headbang:

Well, when i put this thread up i didn't know something i think happened since all this, i didn't want to start a thread so i did think this would be the place to post the picture.. The others are all gone i see now and i think its because i quit using photo bucket so i deleted the account there... I thought once in a site like this, it didn't matter. I learned something new and do apologize, this thread will no longer be used.. I should have been using the sites resources all this time and do hope others who use Photo bucket will remember this, it has to be the reason.. sorry everyone, big "my bad"

shifter looks good

Thanks Stuart! Makes me sick over loosing all the pictures here, it was my hope someday this may help someone else with some of this.. Old dog learning new tricks i guess.. That shifter works very well with the slap stick option.. Cant wait to try it with the new rear end gears going in..

moparstuart without those pictures, it may be a good idea to delete this thread, I know how it works im just sayin, not much of a help without all the pictures..

Thanks Matt, its my own fault but i still have some pictures if you ever need some.. I cant just edit these posts anymore to replace some.. to old.

Thanks much! Nice seeing you in here Marla!
