2014 4th Annual FABO NHRA "Pick 'Em" Game - Make Your Picks and Light 'Em Up!

OK, so after careful consideration, I have decided I don't know what I'm doing. That being said, I'll take

Schumacher
DeJoria
Connelly
Hines.
Good luck all!

Those don't look like picks of someone that doesn't know what they are doing. LOL
Think you'll do just fine.

I mean in general.
I don't think sandbagging works on a forum pool.HAHA

bobtile, your 'locked-in' picks have been revised as shown in your post

Pro qualifying is scheduled to start at 3:45PM EDT (12:45 PM PDT).

I'm going to be out of the house all day tomorrow so the cutoff time for posting your picks is what is shown above.
I won't know if the start of Pro qualifying is delayed for any reason.
No event bonus points for you if you don't post your St. Louis picks by the scheduled start of Pro qualifying.

Gateway, St. Louis MO
26-28 sept 2014

TOP FUEL: Morgan Lucas

FUNNY CAR: Alexis Dejoria (Patron)

PRO STOCK: Allan Johnson

PRO BIKE: Matt Hines

Hey super-bee_ski! Couple of things about your NHRA St. Louis picks...
First, Morgan Lucas is not entered in this race. Post another Top Fuel driver pick and you'll have a chance ton pick up elimination Round win points. I can't offer any event bonus points for Top Fuel.
Second, does Andrew Hines have a brother named Matt?
I posted your pick as Andrew Hines based on the last name of your Pro Stock Motorcycle pick. Let me know before Saturday qualifying starts if that is incorrect.
Saturday Pro is scheduled to start at 1:15PM CDT (11:15AM PDT)
You PSM pick will stay as Andrew Hines if I don't hear otherwise before the start of Saturday Pro qualifying.

Hey FBBO NHRA game players -
Does anyone know how to get in touch with super-bee_ski? I sent a PM and a post to this thread as soon as I saw his St. Louis picks late last Friday - but no answer yet.
He needs to post a new Top Fuel driver pick in order to get any Top Fuel class Elimination round points. He should also clarify his Pro Stock Motorcycle class pick if he does not agree with my assumption of who he wanted.
Correction must be posted or PM received before the start of Eliminations today at 12:00 Noon EDT (9:00AM PDT).
Thanks!

Hey, not all is lost!
You still picked up Qualifying bonus points in Funny Car, Pro Stock and Pro Stock Motorcycle and you'll also get Elimination round point and ET/Speed bonus points for those classes.

Don't you just love it when the big names disappear in the first round of eliminations? Especially when they're your picks?!
More tightening up of the game point standings.

Congratulations to '71dartswinger' (FABO) for being the top point getter for the Midwest Nationals with an outstanding score of 162.0 points. Both his Pro Stock and Pro Stock Motorcycle picks went to the final round of eliminations but lost there.
