71-74 BBodies use mastic washers anywhere?

I see Ebay seller has a listing for mastic washers, do we need those to seal anything on our BBodies?

That would make sense, I used just some black RTV when I put the nuts on underneath to make sure they were sealed.

they never came on the 71 cars originally.
seat track nuts did not use that..

Look like they'd be good for sealing the bumper bracket bolts in the trunk.

I used them on the underside for installing seat rails. He is asking a high amount, I got mine at Ace hardware for a lot less.

You can also use Duct Seal for use in the electrical field, it stays soft in cold weather and can be removed, it is a great sealer and weather proofer for many areas that require removal sometimes.

None on 71 and sure of 72.

They would be good to use when installing the side glass(for the hardware). But yet, you can get a sheet of it and make your own for the same amount and have an abundance of it for the same amount of $$$
