This may sound harsh, but, my life's problems are not yours and vise versa, yours are not mine. If I am going to make an offer, promise, commitment or otherwise deal, I will do my best to live up to that agreement. I expect the same from others. If I come into a situation where it is "virtually" impossible to complete in a timely manner, then communication is the key. Most people are "human" and can and will understand unforeseen circumstances causing delays. But with no communication, the worst will be assumed and quite often is justified and correct. This seller has fully brought this upon himself by not communicating with mmissle.

They'll be going out this week I just got boxes that I felt comfortable with the other ones weren't fit to ship nothing in and it's hard to find a reasonable box those bigger rims will fit in for the back and to make sure that they're going to hold up to the abuse I'm being thrown around because you know as well as I can UPS Federal Express all of them don't care I'm going to I'm going to wrap them in bubble wrap used packing peanuts and extra cardboard on the inside to try to protect them

All Mark has to do, is send the super-trick wheels... and I won't pursue this any farther. I've been advised legally, on how to continue forward with this matter in the court systems[this can be made into a criminal matter. expressed intent/non-action]. Today, starts a countdown. Returning my original wheels back to me, will not change matters[so Mark, don't bother]. There will be no further contact made by "myself" to Mr West in this matter.

What happens is when the board owner or one of the mods gets involved, the 'accused' comes back with 'you are harassing me' and yada yada yada and they start threatening with a lawsuit against the owner of the site and all those involved. Not sure if that crap ever gets anywhere but it's always best for the site to not get involved. Joey would have to be the one that best explains it but in my experience as a mod here and with other sites, it's best to stay out of it.

Well, I just spoke with a detective in Maryville Tn. We had a friendly conversation, and I was informed about how to proceed with filing formal charges. I have a long time to come down and file these charges. I travel to southern states a couple times a year, with one coming up soon. Anybody who knows me....knows I'll head down there asap. This is going to be a new "mission".

I wonder if the moron has a record and another charge would put him away for a good while? It doesn't take much for the cops around here to get 'interested' in anything my pos son in law is doing....especially if it's on the shady side. I've put him in jail once, pulled a gun on him once and have told him twice to stay off of my property with the second time getting physical with him just so he would remember. I think he got the message because it's been nearly 10 years since he's been around.
