First, Ed China never, ever, repaired anything. He sorted things into their proper nick.

Speaking of Aaron on Fast & Loud, I have a sneaky suspicion he isn't leaving and this was all a ruse. He's still on the show, just working for himself, so I suspect after this big race joint venture they are doing with the Street Outlaw tards he'll be back.

These shows aren't gauged for "us" much anymore. There more about as someone said the fluff and stupid antics, drama and just plain BS. Not about cars but about ratings and selling tee shirts to the public. The exact reason i cant take watching GYC.

I'm sure that some overpaid CEO is making money hand over fist since the show has become successful. They probably pay everyone else on the show more money than the knowledgeable mechanic that actually does the real work. If that is the case I don't blame him for leaving the show!

but it'll be sad to not see the duo still together

I've gotten' use to the banter...

I've got a gut feeling,
like normal, that there's more than one side of the story,
than just budget or tech shot cuts, to the Ed China leaving deal too...
I think he was a decent tech, for sure...
He finally started "actually" cleaning/painting stuff more {pet peeve},
before putting stuff back on, than he did in the early seasons...

Too bad, I was finally getting use to it too...
