I was going to title this FIVE things but figured that might be difficult to achieve....
California:
1) Weather is fantastic.
2) Cars don't rust as easily.
3) Where I live, I am about 2 hours or less from some great or interesting places: Lake Tahoe for skiing, San Francisco for watching freaks and such, Mountains and lakes nearby, etc.
YOUR turn...
What do you like about Nevada? Texas? Colorado? Alabama? Tennessee? New York ??

Taxes...Cuomo....Road salt.....????

:lol::rofl:

Ohhhh you said love...not hate! ****! The seasons aren’t bad but winter. Not being 105 degrees in summer is nice. The terrain is cool with hilly areas and stuff like that. We also don’t have any huge natural disasters like hurricanes and floods where I am at and no critters that can bite you and kill you like rattlers or venomous bugs.

1. Year-round Mopar cruising and outdoor stuff weather (I gotta pedal 100+miles a week or I turn into a pumpkin lol)
2. The girls are out in short shorts from Feb-Nov
3. The produce and agriculture (and the beaches and mountains like Kern said) ok I squeezed an extra one in there:rolleyes:

I am still in Ohio until Sunday.
maybe it is the region where I am but it is really ugly here. The landscape is not pretty.
Perrysburg? PLEASE tell me that there are better looking places in this state. I was in Columbus in 2004 for the Nationals and it seemed pretty there.

The sun, driving all year and the ocean 2 hours away

No snow
No snow
No snow
Did I mention no snow!? :D

And btw, this isn't the political forum so please keep that out. Thanks.

ohio is pretty ugly, just like southern michigan, flat as hell. the south west side is nice, gets mountainous over there, this shitty time here really makes you appreciate spring.

Sure Crank rub it in no snow hahaha. Just remember your suntan lotion while I’m shoveling that white **** up here!

Perrysburg isn't to far from your home town. can't be more than a 45 min. drive to Monroe, Michigan

My Parents were from this area. I can clearly see why they left. Neither liked snow. I'm surely not a fan of it either.
I drove through Monroe twice yesterday on the interstate. I wish Mom or Dad was alive to ask details on where exactly we lived way back then.

Think I'm paying for that now. For around 10 years I played and worked in the sun and back in the 60's, sun screen wasn't talked about let alone used and I'm sure it wasn't nearly as good as it is today. Had several cuttings on my face over the last several years and am now using Fluorouracil on my forehead and sideburn areas to get done what freezing wouldn't stop. Hopefully this works and looks like it is based on what my face is looking like right now!

Only 30 minutes to several different fishing holes stocked with several different species.

No extreme weather conditions. It may get hot for a short while, yet also get cold for a while. Luckily, it's not one extreme or the other all the time. Just have to dodge a twister or two every now and then

Plenty of rural towns, major cities are few and far between. Plenty of farm land in between.

West central MO

I am from NY so family and it used to have good fishing. Houston in the Urban Cowboy days so fishing and the friendliest people and the prettiest women you ever seen. Nevada Las Vegas The buffets Reno fishing the Sierras and the Desert. Oregon Best outdoors Nice summers and cool Folks. Still miss N. Nev and get back often.
