I had my car scaled at two different tracks. Piedmont Dragway & Galot Motorsports Park. It was the same weight at both which surprised me as other cars ive raced over the years would have a 15 pound or so variance from different tracks. Anyway let’s see if you guys know your stuff. Guess what she weighed.
The car is a 77 B body Plymouth Fury 2 door hard top. Original 400 low deck B motor. Cast crank & steel heads. Dedicated race car.
Glass front bumper
Plastic driver seat
No back seat
8 point cage
Lexan side window that are fixed
5 gallon fuel cell
Weld Drag Lite wheels
Aluminum manual steering box
Factory disc on front (booster removed & 80’s Ram master)
727 trans
71 Chrysler 300 8 3/4 rear
10 inch drum brakes on rear.
Headers with 3 inch pipes that dump behind driver.
