Recently, ole Richard Cranium was searching for a correct MC to get rebuilt....So I ask one of my peeps if he had any MC's that were in good shape and he came up with two and I believe RC got the other.....

I have to give a "shout out" to @Moparparts this guy has AMAZING parts and a massive inventory......On top of that he takes the time to send you many pics and choices of the same part. Labeling each one and describing them accurately....As you can see the MC was cleaned up and complete....He ships parts fast and they are package perfectly to survive the trip....

I have sold and shipped many parts and I know the amount of time and energy involved......

Don I appreciate everything you do and provide to our hobby and thank you again for a stellar part:thumbsup:

Date code on the MC is 148 8......Which is May 7, 1968....Not within my build date but perfect enough for a viable spare...

Great song, J! He looks a lot like a young Waylon!

I've liked these guys lately...

RC... did you want me to sign your name for you as well??? Looks like I'll be at Gilmore Saturday with current planning !! :canada:

A few updates......Gilmore Museum reached out to me recently and they are going to be finishing there new display exhibit called "American Muscle". This is a separate building on the property dedicated to muscle cars. The GTX will be moved there when it opens and the museum wanted to extend the term for an additional two years....I was happy to accept that as the car is in the best museum, environment and at a car show seven days a week...

The other update is Bob Ashton from MCACN reached out to me as the GTX was one of the cars selected by MCACN for a manufacturer to make a 1:18 scale replica of the car. It will be made based exactly as the GTX is and available in stores that carry these items.....It will be a few months before I receive a prototype and the projected date for release is in 4/2020......I was at a loss for words and anxiously awaiting the finished product......

I told you guys there is more to come and there will still be more:thumbsup:

These are two cars previously at MCACN that have been recently done by the manufacturer in the link posted above....

Wow what cascade of honors you and the car are receiving. It’s pretty cool to see the recognition that kind of effort/outcome is getting. Well deserved....

That's really cool

I think I would have mixed emotions, wanting to put some miles on her after all of the hard work. But sharing the car is self rewarding also. Wow another two years. Your car is really adding up one heck of a portfolio!

Justin, you deserve this and all the attention you and your car are getting. Well gone my friend, this is just deserts for all the hard work and dedication you bring to the hobby. I can’t wait to see your car in person. For anybody out there who needs motivation to finish their project to the highest standard possible, look no further than Justin and his wonderful GTX.

Yes he certainly does! I'm on a moparnation74 weekend-a-thon. Lots to take in.
