My post got deleted, don’t remember what I wrote anyway.

West part of Texas is desert too, correct?
No thanks on Yankee land; I've had enough of winters, thanks. Like forever...
Buy any firearm freely, you say? Welcome to Tennessee! :)
Sorry but that's not enough reason to move there, although my late buddy a Brooklyn boy was happy down that way. Besides your Pizza is fake and your Bagels taste like cardboard:lol:

Actually, we don't stop the Yankee restauranteurs that wish to come on down. They like it here, feel like they
escaped from up there and are grateful for it.
We have plenty of 'em, so there's lots of choices in "authentic" high blood pressure food fare from up yonder....
But that's ok, keep talkin' like you know how it is down here.
Not knowing what the hell you're talking about has never stopped you before, after all. :)

Its not so much the cooks, its the products to make the food and of course the big thing in bagels is the water. Your water comes from the ground or God knows were and ours comes from the mountains.
Dont worry I know enough of what im talking about to know that these alleged restauranteurs your talking about were most likely expelled from the city because they couldn't make a go of it here.....Now easy on the butter on that fake bagel. LOL!!!!!

I have no idea ab out bagels; we have much better breakfast fare here than chewy, tough bread.
Pretty easy to spot a Yankee though - bagel-muncher=Yankee.
I reckon folks come here from NY for much the same reason as from any other government oppressed, ridiculously
expensive part of the country - cost of living, freedom, better climate, wide open spaces.
You know, all the things where you are - isn't.

Again, you be talkin' out yer arse about our water, too.
You say you get yours from the mountains? Son, we're IN the dang mountains!
Artisanal (artesian) wells, you know - not water that's been passed through God knows how many times
the NYC sewer system/waterworks - a system so infamous they film horror movies in parts of it.

:canada:Wow Jacksonville! l worked there a few years ago when the Jaguar's new stadium was built. I came down from Canada in November where the temperature was like -25 then arrived in Jacksonville where the temperature was something like 65 degrees! It was a cook place and l wouldn't mind living there myself! Instead lm in snowy Manitoba Canada where the temperature right now is-30 enjoy your upcoming retirement my friend

I don't have to worry about retirement. Because I never will

Thats the thing its not suppose to be chewy and tough... All this time you been thinking that frozen crap they sell in the supermarkets are really bagels .... Like I said earlier a good friend now passed away moved to Tenn. after he retired... Had nothing to do with freedom or being oppressed, wide open spaces or any other nonsense. He made his living were the work is and he made a good living, not a easy living though. I worked for him one summer when we were on strike. He was a skilled mason and I mixed cement. We never had to worry about feeding the family or paying the bills as if you have the gumption and drive you survive. His body was racked with arthritis and he needed to get away from cold damp weather and thats why he moved. Yankees live in New England BTW.

Don't know where you went to go get that stuff but it's pretty obvious you were in the wrong place :D

The posts here make no sense to me. Finally figured out there must be someone posting who I have on ignore. SFSI maybe?

I really try to like everyone, I really do....but when someone is so obviously wanting to contradict and cause conflict for whatever their reasons, you get tired of the futility of the effort, eh?
Yeah, I'm there with ya now...ignored and done with it.
