Hello fellow gear heads. I enjoy this forum, so I figured I’d join the fun! I’ve included a few pics, but not sure of the license plate exposure rules, so I won’t show some full frontal and rear shots. I bought her in ‘83 for $1000 with the original 383/727 combo. Also had a 3.23 sure grip, ps/manual drums, and a non original air grabber hood that didn’t function. I’ve included the pic of the brown car she once was. Now it’s got a poorly built 496”, Frank Luppo built 727, and around a 3000 rpm dynamic converter, 3.54 Dana 60, frame tied, front and rear sway bars, slap stik out of a ‘71 Challenger, and (gasp) front buckets out of a Nissan 300z, or something like that. It’s set up for handling but had a best of 11.49@117 with a 1.65 60’ through the mufflers. I’ll be asking some advice of you folks in the future I’m sure, cheers,

welcome to FBBO nice looking road runner

Welcome to FBBO. This is the best Mopar site around.
And my Coronet came those same turbine rims when I bought it - now wearing Magnums.

Welcome. What part of the Coast? These are the plate restrictions.

40 miles North of San Francisco, little town called Inverness, now a tourist destination. I just didn’t know the etiquette on license plates, wether to let be shown or not. I guess since I’m not doing a burnout on public streets I can show them

Welcome from Michigan. Sweet ride.....

welcome from NorCal Sierras quite a bit east of you

nice 69 RR, you've owned for a long time

Welcome! I grew up in Novato and am well acquainted with Inverness. Kind of miss the fog on the coast...

:welcome: from the foothills of NE Tennessee! :)

Welcome from the state of Missouri!! nice ride!!

Novato huh! That’s one of my favorite towns, easy to get, only 5 stop signs between! We don’t get much fog like we used too however...
