Nice video. 
I didn't drive the trains but one afternoon shift my wife arrived at work, I took my (then) 11 year old son out in my repair truck and drove him up to a main-line locomotive and let him climb up to sit in the engineer seat. He had a fun story to tell at school the next couple of days.

Stasburg railroad, parents & grandparents took us on it when we were little, took my kids when they were young and took my oldest grandchild on it. Havent taken my 3 other grandchildren yet, some day, maybe. 3 in KS, 1 in west TX.
I hope the airbags worked.

Found this in Kansas by the side of the tracks in Dodge City at the FABO get together.
That's one way to make wheels (forging) but the majority of wheels that we put on freight cars at CN were cast steel, with only the wheel tread and hub area machined for pressing onto the axle. The rest showed casting marks. Interesting video though! A lot of those looked like locomotive and passenger service wheels.

PB15 No.358 was specially turned out in early 1902, to welcome the arrival of the then new Governor of Queensland
During construction work on the Chillagoe Company line, around 1907-8, two of the company locomotives G126 and G33, with the locomotive crew pose for their portraits. Five locomotives were purchased by the Chillagoe Mining and Railway Company of the 2-6-0 type, with three being supplied by the West Australian Government Railways
The South Australian Railways 500 class was the largest of the big power locomotives introduced by Commissioner Webb in the 1920s

I do I do, I love trains. Here we are at and on the Conway Scenic Railroad in North Conway NH, this used to be the old B&M line.....

The new trains they use are Bio-diesels and are powered by John Deere engines
