Heading up to the North Pole -or close enough - Minneapolis to spend time with my family for the holidays. It will be really nice to do so as we’ve been separated for a long time with all that’s gone on. I’m looking forward to spending time with nieces, nephews and their little ones.
My purpose for the thread is to wish all of you on FBBO and your families a happy, healthy, joyous Christmas season. Pls remember the reason for the season and respect that in your thanks for all you have been blessed with.

Back in Commie CA - But I’m just now beginning to feel my toes. Nearly everyday was single digits. Yikes I go there and have been going back home for 40 years - I’m telling you either I’m getting older (unlikely) or I’m turning into a wimp. This was my first time up there where I felt inside the homestead and of course out I froze my *** off. Just like WoW! And the next ten day forecast is got plenty of below zeros in it. Great time with the family but my two major must does had to be cancelled due to that scumbag china virus. Poker with the guys and a special dinner with close friends - including the friend I sold the X too. Had to bail on all that. My wife is from Saigon and this type of weather just blows her mind - just doesn’t register. And to top it all off the Vikings got walked on by the Rams. Torture being a Vikings fan.

Anyway hope all you all had a great Christmas and for all of us looking toward to a better New Year.

Kiwi - let me tell you it was cold enough and getting worse this whole next ten days. Below zero is the norm for awhile. Anyway - I saw my good friend with the X and he was beyond thrilled with your gift - and 3 of them no less. He’s very grateful. One for his home, one for the office and now one for the son that will eventually inherit the X. The kid is early 30’s and is totally enamored with that car - like his dad. I’m very happy for him with the X and want to thank you again for coming thru with the models. After the earlier events the car has gone from a 10 to a 12 with the help of some of the best people in the Midwest.
