Don't you people know ? There was a gas shortage in the 70's... twice. They told us we were running out of fuel. Now, today, I'm much more older and their lies are much more clearer.

I use 110 in my car, it’s $8.99 a gallon. It didn’t go up, so no, I don’t drive mine any less, in fact I drive it more because gas for my daily driver is $5.30, and I use a lot more gas in that than I do for the Roadrunner.

At least so far, this show and cruise season attendance at local car events I frequent do not seem affected, despite 87 being 5.70-6.00.
I’m going to be giving second thoughts to going to further away events but not let high gas prices keep me away from anything within a 25 mile radius of my house, which fortunately is a lot of cruises and a few shows.

Most of my running around are doctor visits, grocery store and this week a trip to the job retirees meeting in the middle of the week and a BBQ today. Other than that....not much else. Wait....liquor store

No, but it’s a 6bbl car, and it likes the 110. I like the smell, and my mom likes the smell too, and non ethanol 93 Rec fuel is almost $7 a gallon, I’ll just burn the 110 and be happy.

Bro - I searched far and wide and find nothing to verify your statement. Post a link if you can. This, if true is shocking news. I did find where they passed legislation basically the same as CA had a couple of years ago - Stating you will not be allowed to buy a new gas powered car beyond 2030. But that stops no one from owning, registering, and operating one that’s used. It has only to do with new cars. I believe the feds did same for 2035.

Rhode Island passed a law last year stating that no fossil fuel powered vehicles will be allowed to be registered or operated in the state by 2040. it was signed by Governor Dan McKee into law. Massachusetts passed one as well.

In Massachusetts, this affects new cars only & nothing on used cars. From what I can find, RI recently proposed similar legislation, but nothing is signed into law.

Under legislation (S2448) introduced by Sen. Alana DiMario, D-North Kingstown, all new cars sold or leased in Rhode Island by 2030 would have to be electric vehicles. The bill also establishes a framework to determine the infrastructure needed to charge electric vehicles and creates an environmental-justice board.

The Rhode Island bill was passed and signed into law,was said to be the first of it's kind in the nation,check it again RC. It is a climate change bill that says they intend to get back to pre 1990 emmision rates,and the only way this can be achieved is to pass the new green deal plan. This is only attainable if no more fossil fuel powered vehicles are allowed to be registered or operated after 2040,and that's exactly what the new law says.

We all know that there's all sorts of hidden crap in these bills, but I still see nothing that targets antique vehicles.....

I searched as well and found the same as you did. Nothing regarding owning, operating, registration of gas powered cars. New ones purchased beyond 2030 - electric. It’s as I said earlier basically the same law commie ca passed 2 years ago. If the law exists in 2 states why can’t it be found - other than a universal search thru the galaxies of podcasts? This is not a small nor insignificant thing So as to go unreported.
